How to reset a test/survey for a user

When a learner submits an answer to a test or a survey, an administrator can find his results or feedback in the Test and Survey Reports (1).


To reset a learner's answer and allow him to submit a new answer you will need:
A. For tests, to enter to the Test reports and open a test to view all answers. There you can click on the reset icon (2) to reset only the results of this unit for a specific learner.



B. For surveys, to enter to the Survey reports and open a survey to view all submissions. There you can click on the reset icon (3) to reset only the feedback of this unit for a specific learner.
