The payments through Paypal don't work as expected. What can be wrong

 Most probably, the PayPal address you use within TalentLMS (1) does not match with your primary PayPal address on your PayPal account.  

You should use the same email address in both places.

Another reason for which the payments are not get through, is that you have not set these settings up properly (2) within your Paypal account:

You have to be careful to have the correct url added.
