Users should never have to switch between branches - they should always see everything they have access to
Branches are an Admin feature for grouping people, courses and for reporting.
Users should not have to deal with the confusion of what 'branch' they need to be in to find and access specific courses.
The system should simply know who they are based on their userID and thus know what courses they have access to based on which branches and groups they are assigned to.

Add "force-unenroll" parameter on user addition/removal to/from a group
For now, the unenroll must be done after
- you remove a user from a group using API
- you request a group using API to search every single course
- for each course, you should unenroll the userWhy don't you just add a parameter on user removal from a group (false by default and not required, so you will not break the existent API) where we can specify if we want that user to be unenrolled from all courses of that specific group?

mass upload coupon codes
Right now every coupon code has to be registered one by one, which is incredibly inconvenient if you want to sell packages. It would be very convenient, if there would be a 'mass upload' option, in which a list of codes could be uploaded. (E.g. 100 codes that give xx% discount)

Categorization on Grid View (Dashboard)
Current dashboard we can interchange between list view and grid view. Once we changed to grid view, the categorization gone.

Allow massive actions on courses
Allow massive actions on courses, like we can choose the whole categories of courses and amend the limit for all of them or add certification, ...etc, without need to amend every course alone.

Add PRINT button to Certifications
PREVIEW button is helpful but we do not know how a Certificate will actually look printed unless we assign it to a Course and then a User to test it. Process is too cumbersome and lengthy.

manage languages by letting user choose the language (instead of creating branches)
To manage different languages, I had to create as many branch as many language (eng, fr) and it resulted in different URL : fr-securaxis.talentlms.com, eng-ecuraxis.talentlms.com... which is confusing where informing users. It would be nice to have the same url and let user choose the language and display the localised content.

Add Authorize.net to pay options.
Is there any movement towards Authorize.net in addition to Paypal and Stripe? We currently use Authorize.net and our website to pay for the courses. We would love to purchase courses through Talent but we need Authorize.net. Thanks!

Whiteboard Integration
It will be a perfect idea to integrate TalentLMS with virtual whiteboard for maths equations, drawing and other stuffs. This will be particularly goof for maths and Science teachers.

Make question Unique Identifier visible
As it stands, users are expected to include their own Unique ID to questions, however, it is very difficult to enforce any kind of standard method of creating the UIDs. One person will use one method, someone else will use another and there is often no logic.
When there is already a backend UID on the system it seems odd that we don't have access to it. There would be no need to edit it, as it would only be required for reference/support purposes. include tag in question search results
When searching for questions, tags are currently not included in the search results.
This means any question on a subject where that word is not specifically in the question isn't included, even if it is tagged with the search term.
This results in missing content. The suggestion that clicking on the tag will return the required results doesn't resolve the issue because a question might have the search term in the question, but not be tagged with it, again meaning missing results.
By having search look at both the question content AND the tags, all results will be returned, meaning…1 vote -

Too many clicks...so tedious. Feels like you are trying to discourage learners from uploading assignments. Something better please? Thank you.

SCORM Dispatcher for integrating content to customers LMS
Many of our customers would like to integrate learning content in their own LMS. It would be a killer feature and a real time saver if you enable a SCORM-Export of courses out of TalentLMS by the use of a SCORM-dispatcher.
Doing this would allow to host and configure all learning content in TalentLMS but deploy it to and stream it into an different LMS.
This is already possible in other LMS e.g. by the use of Rustici's SCORM Dispatcher (https://scorm.com/scorm-solved/scorm-dispatch/).
A possible realization from the user's view could be:
1. Select course(s) to deploy

Remove automatic hange of user role for Admin/Instructors
It is annoying that the system changes (without asking) your 'role' when you move in the different areas of the LMS.
For example, I'm administrator, seeing courses, when I click on 'Go to Course' that I will continue to edit it, my role is changed automatically to Instructor. If I then need to go back, then it says I don't have privileges, because I'm instructor now. The role of more privileges should always be kept while logged in, unless the user decides to see/edit with another role.1 vote -
Support shared files through apps.
We use shared files for our learners to supplement the training, however they are only viewable when using a PC. When using the app, they can't access the files such as PDFs, XLS, etc.
In this day and age it would be nice to be able to view those since everyone is trying to be mobile. Thanks!3 votes -
Synchronization for In Class Formative Quizzes
Is it possible to implement "delayed grading" of tests (i.e. have the answers be marked in synchronisation with the instructor's action) so that they may effectively be used for formative in-class quizzes? The assignments as currently implemented give a poor learning experience--the manual entering/uploading of every single in-class quiz question seems rather silly. Some platforms that have done this well include Kahoot! and Nearpod.

Additional permission: assignments
I would like to create a new User Type that can see and update assignments without have the permission to update units of a course.
In this way I can have more people helping with assignments evaluation and feedbacks without open the content of the course to be edited.

Allow Collapsing of Categories in Course Catalog
When viewing the Course Catalog, the list of Categories on the right can be quite large and messy looking (if you use lots of categories). It would be very aesthetically pleasing to be able to start with the list of categories collapsed, and allow users to expand applicable categories on-demand.

Course element report
HI I would like tje ability to report on elemtns withn acourse, not just overslal course progress but which elements within a course had been completed. A tabular report listing all users, assigned courses and a third column with elements and a 4th column of element completions

Currently you can see the progress of a user in individual units of the course by clicking on the status of the user in the course report.
There’s also an API call “Get users status in course” which can be used which is returning this information.
