Allow Admins to create a Resource Page that is not linked to an activity completion
You should allow admins to create a resource page where links to external resources, courses etc. can be posted and accessed by a user without triggering an activity completion in the course. Currently, you need to create a course with a content page in order to add a resource list. This also requires a completion status. There should either be the ability to completely switch off completion tracking on a course or one to create a standalone resource page that doesn't track completion and can simply be used for posting useful resources and links for users.

This would be great! Updating the Completion options in Rules would be very helpful overall.
