I suggest you ...

Better expose the time spent on each unit, or module of a course. This is critical information in understanding our customers / clients.

Better expose the time spent on each unit by each learner. This information is exposed via the UI - but we need this in a report or as an API call.

This information better tells us what our users are really doing. It is important to understand what the learner is doing. This is just the first piece of critical data, but it is low hanging fruit, you have the data, please expose it in a more reasonable manner. Custom report, API - anything, but visually screen scraping.

Thanks

Great suggestion. It also seems as though the system stops tracking a learner's time once they have finished a course. We want to be able to measure all time spent viewing content, even after a course is completed.

Right now, to get this data, I have to hover over a dialog box (that is pretty well hidden), read the ultra small font, and transcribe that data to an excel spreadsheet, so it can be useful. Ouch - It feels like the 80's all over again.
