have a customer support team that replies to queries. Whenever we email we never get responses and the manual doesn't have all solutions.
a live chat box or just a guaranteed response time to emails would help.

yessss i agree. it is really frustrating.
i have registered for a wrong course by mistake.I need to switch the course .Also as I have already paid for it.Need help urgently.
